As a seller, there are times when you will have to give a customer a full or partial refund. You can issue a refund on the order management page.
Changing the quantity on the item order list will automatically calculate the partial refund amount. You will not be able to refund more than the total amount. Setting the refund quantity will also tell the system the number of items to add back into your active inventory if you select "relist refunded items".
Providing a refund message/comment is required and will be sent to RcadeTrade support and saved to your archives. The buyer will see the total amount refunded in their order history and you will see the refund noted on the order's management page.
